I am going to buy some pens if that’s okay with everybody. They are only 75p. We could sell for a pound and even if some get lifted as freebies our bank balance can stand it.

I said I would try and find someone to make the jewellery in stainless steel. The contact I was given doesn’t use stainless steel but can do us earrings and necklaces in silver at £15 each as long as we order at least ten of each. A bargain I think. What do you think?

Our finances are in a much better place since Irene started to work voluntarily.We now have a balance in the bank of £8000 plus £2500 in our savings. Up to date finances attached.

I think we can afford a conference this year. And it’s one of the ways of getting our message and our name over to the big wide world.
Buy a ticket and claim mileage. You are entitled to. And it does make life difficult for everybody if you try the other option.
What about the Village hotel? I gather it has been upgraded. Great access from the M1 and travel lodges
Okay so I have put together the attached table to pick your beds as you book. So far I have had a deposit from Hilary so choose your bed, Hilary! I will update the table as each person chooses their bed. If you want to check the amenities the place is Upton Bourne Lodge
Please note, we will not book the barn beds until we know we need that additional cost.
Maybe you can request a specific bed as you book. I’ll devise a plan and start booking people in as they pay. Olga will need ground floor though and I haven’t checked what is available yet

Okay so let’s go with a non refundable deposit of £50 and full cost payable by 4 weeks before, also non refundable after that date. (Unless we can secure a replacement). I already have two people keen to book not on Steering Group.
Putting it out to Steering Group first, before we advertise, who would like to book and for how long. Deposit must be paid before I accept booking however long it is.
Obviously the length of stay can be adjusted nearer the time.
